The Safety and Health Codes Board of the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry will convene on February 16, 2022 at 10:00 am to discuss whether there is a continued need for the “Permanent Standard for Infectious Disease Prevention of the SARS-CoV-2 Virus that Causes Covid-19”. The board will consider recent federal action regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Emergency Temporary Standard. There will be an opportunity for the public to comment on the board’s decision.
