We are pleased to announce that one of our principals, Scott W. Kowalski, was selected as the Secretary of the Board of Governors of the Virginia State Bar Construction and Public Contracts Law Section at the Section’s annual meeting in Virginia Beach in June 2017. Scott has served on the Board of Governors of the Section since 2011.
