Andrew came to PLDR Law from a national construction practice in San Diego, bringing a focused construction-law background built entirely around contractors and subcontractors.
Ethics Counsel and Head of Construction Section. Andrew leads the firm's construction practice while serving as its Ethics Counsel — the steward of the firm's professional responsibility work.
Andrew practiced at a San Diego law firm focused solely on representing construction contractors and subcontractors. That single-industry concentration gives him a deep, practitioner-level understanding of how construction work actually runs — and what it takes to protect a contractor's interests.
