The role.

Bailey leads finance and office management at PLDR Law's Lynchburg office. Her door is open for any billing question, and she helps clients navigate the financial side of working with the firm — invoices, payment-related questions, and the day-to-day operations that keep things running.

Her approach centers on listening carefully and responding with as much understanding as possible. Billing conversations can feel awkward; Bailey works to make them straightforward and to ensure clients feel heard and supported throughout the process.

Bailey's path to PLDR is unusual — she started as a court runner at the firm while in school, and through that work she developed relationships and fell in love with the practice. That experience led directly into what she does now.

She earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Liberty University (2024).

A Lynchburg native, Bailey spends her time outside the firm reading, spending time with family and friends, and exploring good food.
