The role.

Dawn is a Senior Paralegal at PLDR with a primary focus on collections. Her responsibilities include filing collection matters and assisting with post-judgment enforcement procedures — warrants in debt and garnishments among them. The work also involves managing next steps throughout the process, tracking deadlines, preparing necessary filings, and helping cases progress efficiently from initial filing through resolution.

Clients who come to Dawn are usually businesses and individuals struggling to collect money they are owed. They're seeking assistance with recovering outstanding funds and navigating the collections process efficiently and effectively.

Her approach is communicative and accessible.

Dawn brings deep institutional experience to the practice, having spent 13 years with a law enforcement agency before joining PLDR Law, where she has been a member of the firm for the past 18 years.

Originally from Hightstown, New Jersey, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, shopping and attending Thomas Road Baptist Church.
